Abstract

Today, the whole installation technical means of electronics and avionics, in particular, is built on printed circuit boards, inevitably with pass-through mounting metal vents that act as transversal connections. Printed circuit board-avionics Foundation foiled copper composites on the basis of the fiberglass with epoxy binder. The main way of getting holes in the bases- drilling. The quality of drilling largely depends on the reliability of the transversal interlayer connections and equipment reliability under extreme operating conditions. Research drilling quality criteria are formulated, proposed conditions.
